In order to submit an application, please provide the following:

• All adults included on lease are present during the application process.
• All payments for the purpose of the application must be in a Money Order.
• Payments include:
  • Application Fee(s): $75 per adult
  • Security Deposits (*may range from ½ month's rent to 1 month rent)

• Verification of income: Faxed/emailed VOE (Verification of Employment) from the employer (preferred) OR 4 concurrent paystubs
• Proof of any additional income (SS/SSI Award Letter, Child Support, Etc.)
  *If Court Ordered Support is received, please provide the Order & proof of receipt.
• Self-Employment: Must provide 2 years Tax Transcripts from the IRS
  • Internal Revenue Service 1(800) 829-0582

• Valid, Goverment-Issued, photo ID (18+ years)
• Birth Certificate (all members under 18 years)
• Social Security Card (for every household member)
